Yada is formed of a small team of staff and wider supporters that enable us to do the work we do.
If we were to describe our team we would say... they celebrate and encourage each other in the ‘wins’, both the big and the small. They are used to juggling some tricky and complex situations but are very good at finding the joy in the small things.
As a team we aim to stay adaptable, and to always be learning, growing and developing. We aim to be open-minded, willing to be challenged and non-judgmental. Yada has been built on Christian ethos, which inspires us to treat everyone that we work with (including all staff, volunteers and service users) with dignity, respect and acceptance.
